There are many alpine huts in South Tyrol. And then there’s Helli. The man with that signature Trenker-style charm, who once turned the Gompm Alm into a place where mountain air meets Michelin-level cuisine, now dedicates himself fully to what he does best: turning crazy ideas into cult favourites.
His Edelschwarz gin? It’s practically a whole family by now. Each new bottle is a greeting from that magical world between the Alps and a perfect gin & tonic.
And because Helli never stands still, he recently opened a place in Merano-Sinich: TUO.
A new home for Edelschwarz – and an “always something happening” hotspot at any time of day. Breakfast until 2 pm, stylish lunches, after-work vibes with a wink – and always something unmistakably “Helli”.
