Lisi Pföstl is our culinary neighbour – and truly one of a kind. Officially, she runs a delicatessen shop in Schenna. Unofficially, she’s an inventor, cheese and wine whisperer, and gourmet guide all in one.
She has left the old butcher-shop days behind and now focuses entirely on what she does best: top-level South Tyrolean and Italian delicacies.

Her selection is unmatched, even in Merano: parmesan, pecorino, olive oils, chocolates, and countless “You have to try this!” moments.
