Renè Romen is undoubtedly Merano’s Prince of Chocolate. After coming back from London, the chocolatier decided to open his own workshop, nestled in a small alley behind Via delle Corse in Merano’s town centre. This is where he selects and roasts the best cocoa beans to produce outstanding, mouth-watering chocolate sold around half the world. As well as locally, with tastings available at Romy & Johannes Guesthouse. Renè will drop by and prepare delectable tasting sessions for our guests. A small, luxuriant moment for true chocolate lovers who want to experience a unique evening at the guesthouse.
